Terms of Use

By accessing or using HAL Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional and/or accredited investor to use the Platform's full features. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Platform Use

HAL Marketplace is a technology platform that facilitates connections between real estate buyers, sellers, and lenders. We are not a licensed broker, lender, or financial advisor. All transactions are between users, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or loan information.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

We are required to verify the identity of users for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance. You consent to provide accurate identity information and to Stripe Identity verification as part of the subscription process.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing: Investor $25/mo, Wholesaler $50/mo, Lender $100/mo. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Promotional codes may be applied at checkout and are subject to their own terms.

5. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is operated in-house on top of Stripe Promotion Codes & Subscriptions, with KYC verified via Stripe Identity. Affiliates may earn commissions on referred subscriptions. Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Misrepresenting property information or financial status
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API access
• Harassment of other users
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

7. Limitation of Liability

HAL Marketplace is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions facilitated through the Platform. Users transact at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
