How It Works

Wholesale Marketplace

  1. 1.List Your Property - Wholesalers create listings with photos, property details, ARV, and estimated profit.
  2. 2.Receive Bids - Verified investors and buyers submit private bids directly on the platform.
  3. 3.Accept & Close - Accept the best offer, coordinate the deal, and leave reviews to build reputation.

Loan Request Approval Process

Stage 1: Submission & Review

  • Borrower creates loan request with collateral details, amount, terms, and experience
  • HAL admin team reviews the submission for completeness and compliance
  • If approved → listing goes live | If rejected → borrower receives feedback and can resubmit (max 3 attempts)

Stage 2: Active & Offers

  • Loan request appears on the marketplace for verified lenders to view
  • Lenders submit private funding offers with interest rates and terms
  • Borrower reviews offers and accepts the best one → listing moves to 'Pending'

Stage 3: Pending & Closing

  • Listing is in 'Pending' state while parties finalize deal details (underwriting, due diligence)
  • Other lenders can still submit competitive offers during pending
  • Borrower clicks 'Accept' to close the deal → listing marked as 'Closed'
  • Both parties leave reviews, which contribute to reputation scores
